Decline in Combat on Perssi XII

Hostilites on Perssi XII have come to a decline as of 11/26/2015 at 13:42. The conflict has already claimed at least 15,369 lives and seen the loss of 414 units and facilities.

Battle began 11/26/2015 at 13:30 when battle elements of Havoc and Fragged engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Perssi XII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 0 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
