Decline in Combat on Topshu XI

Hostilites on Topshu XI have come to a decline as of 11/25/2015 at 12:29. The conflict has already claimed at least 3 lives and seen the loss of 3 units and facilities.

Battle began 11/25/2015 at 12:31 when battle elements of Maestro engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Topshu XI are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 3 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
