Decline in Combat on Perssi I

Hostilites on Perssi I have come to a decline as of 11/24/2015 at 16:41. The conflict has already claimed at least 366 lives and seen the loss of 1 units and facilities.

Battle began 11/24/2015 at 16:42 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Havoc. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Perssi I are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 0 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
