Decline in Combat on Topshu II

Hostilites on Topshu II have come to a decline as of 11/23/2015 at 01:47. The conflict has already claimed at least 1 lives and seen the loss of 1 units and facilities.

Battle began 11/23/2015 at 01:49 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Maestro. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
