Decline in Combat on Quicma IV

Hostilites on Quicma IV have come to a decline as of 11/22/2015 at 20:56. The conflict has already claimed at least 16,258 lives and seen the loss of 323 units and facilities.

Battle began 11/22/2015 at 20:44 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Fragged. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Quicma IV are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 0 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
