Decline in Combat on Topshu VIII

Hostilites on Topshu VIII have come to a decline as of 11/21/2015 at 09:57. The conflict has already claimed at least 2,355 lives and seen the loss of 53 units and facilities.

Battle began 11/21/2015 at 09:49 when battle elements of Maestro engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Topshu VIII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 31 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
