Decline in Combat on Ipsi IV

Hostilites on Ipsi IV have come to a decline as of 11/20/2015 at 21:41. The conflict has already claimed at least 2,311 lives and seen the loss of 125 units and facilities.

Battle began 11/20/2015 at 21:40 when battle elements of Leyo engaged the forces of Lightforger. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Ipsi IV are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 96 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
