Decline in Combat on Topshu IV

Hostilites on Topshu IV have come to a decline as of 11/20/2015 at 03:45. The conflict has already claimed at least 2,134 lives and seen the loss of 28 units and facilities.

Battle began 11/20/2015 at 03:47 when battle elements of Maestro engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Topshu IV are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 26 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
