Decline in Engagements

Hostilites in Topshu(S) have come to a decline as of 11/19/2015 at 12:45. The conflict has already claimed at least 1 lives and seen the loss of 1 units and facilities.

Battle began 11/19/2015 at 12:46 when battle elements of Rorthic engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
