Decline in Combat on Perssi III

Hostilites on Perssi III have come to a decline as of 11/17/2015 at 00:47. The conflict has already claimed at least 2,509 lives and seen the loss of 109 units and facilities.

Battle began 11/17/2015 at 00:44 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Fragged. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
