Hostilites on Cissse XI have come to a decline as of 11/04/2015 at 04:51. The conflict has already claimed at least 3 lives and seen the loss of 3 units and facilities.

Battle began 11/04/2015 at 04:48 when battle elements of Amerlain engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
