Decline in Combat on Neolci XIII

Hostilites on Neolci XIII have come to a decline as of 11/03/2015 at 23:54. The conflict has already claimed at least 622 lives and seen the loss of 22 units and facilities.

Battle began 11/03/2015 at 23:44 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Goudron. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Neolci XIII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 0 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
