Hostilites on Cissse XII have come to a decline as of 11/03/2015 at 06:12. The conflict has already claimed at least 5 lives and seen the loss of 5 units and facilities.

Battle began 11/03/2015 at 06:11 when battle elements of Amerlain engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
