Decline in Engagements

Hostilites in Ipsi have come to a decline as of 10/31/2015 at 07:58. The conflict has already claimed at least 135 lives and seen the loss of 7 units and facilities.

Battle began 10/31/2015 at 08:00 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of DiebS. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

The Galactic Trade Commission has begun taking advantage of the pause in combat to make large progress on clearing the debris left behind from the battles.
