Hostilites on Neolci VIII have come to a decline as of 10/30/2015 at 06:58. The conflict has already claimed at least 14 lives and seen the loss of 2 units and facilities.

Battle began 10/30/2015 at 07:01 when battle elements of Amerlain engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
