Decline in Combat on Perssi VIII

Hostilites on Perssi VIII have come to a decline as of 10/28/2015 at 20:04. The conflict has already claimed at least 761 lives and seen the loss of 35 units and facilities.

Battle began 10/28/2015 at 20:00 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Sniv. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
