Decline in Combat on Perssi III

Hostilites on Perssi III have come to a decline as of 10/28/2015 at 05:04. The conflict has already claimed at least 2,135 lives and seen the loss of 95 units and facilities.

Battle began 10/28/2015 at 05:00 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Fragged. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
