Decline in Combat on Quicma XI

Hostilites on Quicma XI have come to a decline as of 10/27/2015 at 14:07. The conflict has already claimed at least 4,901 lives and seen the loss of 221 units and facilities.

Battle began 10/27/2015 at 14:00 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Sniv. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
