Decline in Combat on Perssi IX

Hostilites on Perssi IX have come to a decline as of 10/23/2015 at 20:11. The conflict has already claimed at least 1,297 lives and seen the loss of 59 units and facilities.

Battle began 10/23/2015 at 20:00 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Fragged. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Perssi IX are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 1 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
