Decline in Combat on Dominion VII

Hostilites on Dominion VII have come to a decline as of 10/23/2015 at 20:08. The conflict has already claimed at least 13,744 lives and seen the loss of 286 units and facilities.

Battle began 10/23/2015 at 20:00 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Sniv. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Dominion VII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 1 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
