Decline in Combat on Perssi IV

Hostilites on Perssi IV have come to a decline as of 10/21/2015 at 23:11. The conflict has already claimed at least 9,184 lives and seen the loss of 259 units and facilities.

Battle began 10/21/2015 at 23:00 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Sniv. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
