Death Toll Rises on Perssi IX

Over 1,427 dead and even more wounded as conflict continues on Perssi IX. Forces of Pirates have engaged the forces of Fragged in numerous attacks and counter attacks. The conflict that began 10/17/2015 at 14:00 has seen the loss of 64 units on both sides of the battle.

Sources indicate that no end to the conflict can be determined at this time. Contacts within the GTC have indicated that trade routes remain unaffected from the hostilities.

The citizens of the empires involved in the war are victims as 151,215 homes have been destroyed and 80,440 jobs have been removed from the economy due to lost factories and other facilities.
