Hostilites on Cissse XIII have come to a decline as of 10/08/2015 at 11:57. The conflict has already claimed at least 4 lives and seen the loss of 4 units and facilities.

Battle began 10/08/2015 at 11:51 when battle elements of Amerlain engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
