Hostilites on Cissse XII have come to a decline as of 10/04/2015 at 22:55. The conflict has already claimed at least 2 lives and seen the loss of 2 units and facilities.

Battle began 10/04/2015 at 22:57 when battle elements of Amerlain engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
