Hostilites in Ipsi have come to a decline as of 09/28/2015 at 03:26. The conflict has already claimed at least 2,202 lives and seen the loss of 115 units and facilities.

Battle began 09/28/2015 at 03:25 when battle elements of Clubbers and Tesboom engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
