Decline in Combat on Cednci IV

Hostilites on Cednci IV have come to a decline as of 09/26/2015 at 16:32. The conflict has already claimed at least 3,663 lives and seen the loss of 13 units and facilities.

Battle began 09/26/2015 at 16:33 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Sniv. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
