Decline in Combat on Ipsi XI

Hostilites on Ipsi XI have come to a decline as of 09/26/2015 at 14:45. The conflict has already claimed at least 524 lives and seen the loss of 97 units and facilities.

Battle began 09/26/2015 at 14:36 when battle elements of Leyo engaged the forces of Lightforger. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Ipsi XI are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 83 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
