Decline in Combat on Ipsi IX

Hostilites on Ipsi IX have come to a decline as of 09/26/2015 at 14:20. The conflict has already claimed at least 7 lives and seen the loss of 7 units and facilities.

Battle began 09/26/2015 at 14:19 when battle elements of Leyo and Krensei engaged the forces of Lightforger. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Ipsi IX are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 3 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
