Hostilites on Cissse XV have come to a decline as of 09/24/2015 at 09:36. The conflict has already claimed at least 8 lives and seen the loss of 8 units and facilities.

Battle began 09/24/2015 at 09:32 when battle elements of Amerlain engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
