Decline in Combat on Cednci III

Hostilites on Cednci III have come to a decline as of 09/19/2015 at 04:24. The conflict has already claimed at least 4 lives and seen the loss of 1 units and facilities.

Battle began 09/19/2015 at 04:25 when battle elements of Havoc engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
