Decline in Combat on Quicma XII

Hostilites on Quicma XII have come to a decline as of 09/08/2015 at 23:24. The conflict has already claimed at least 256 lives and seen the loss of 16 units and facilities.

Battle began 09/08/2015 at 23:25 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Sniv. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
