Decline in Combat on Lucsce XI

Hostilites on Lucsce XI have come to a decline as of 09/03/2015 at 13:23. The conflict has already claimed at least 661 lives and seen the loss of 11 units and facilities.

Battle began 09/03/2015 at 13:25 when battle elements of DiebS engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Lucsce XI are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 7 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
