Decline in Combat on Ipsi IV

Hostilites on Ipsi IV have come to a decline as of 08/30/2015 at 11:51. The conflict has already claimed at least 8 lives and seen the loss of 8 units and facilities.

Battle began 08/30/2015 at 11:54 when battle elements of Leyo engaged the forces of Lightforger. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Ipsi IV are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 8 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
