Decline in Combat on Ipsi V

Hostilites on Ipsi V have come to a decline as of 08/30/2015 at 11:10. The conflict has already claimed at least 330 lives and seen the loss of 17 units and facilities.

Battle began 08/30/2015 at 11:10 when battle elements of DaemonDeadKing and Leyo engaged the forces of Lightforger. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Ipsi V are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 3 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
