Decline in Combat on Dominion XIII

Hostilites on Dominion XIII have come to a decline as of 08/23/2015 at 11:53. The conflict has already claimed at least 9,893 lives and seen the loss of 268 units and facilities.

Battle began 08/23/2015 at 11:41 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Sniv. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Dominion XIII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 1 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
