Decline in Combat on Perssi III

Hostilites on Perssi III have come to a decline as of 08/22/2015 at 00:40. The conflict has already claimed at least 372 lives and seen the loss of 12 units and facilities.

Battle began 08/22/2015 at 00:41 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Havoc. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Perssi III are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 0 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
