Decline in Combat on Quicma XIII

Hostilites on Quicma XIII have come to a decline as of 08/13/2015 at 16:41. The conflict has already claimed at least 3 lives and seen the loss of 3 units and facilities.

Battle began 08/13/2015 at 16:42 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Clubbers. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
