Decline in Combat on Cogsni VII

Hostilites on Cogsni VII have come to a decline as of 08/11/2015 at 19:41. The conflict has already claimed at least 3 lives and seen the loss of 3 units and facilities.

Battle began 08/11/2015 at 19:42 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Havoc. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
