Decline in Combat on Perssi XIII

Hostilites on Perssi XIII have come to a decline as of 08/03/2015 at 21:46. The conflict has already claimed at least 18 lives and seen the loss of 18 units and facilities.

Battle began 08/03/2015 at 21:42 when battle elements of Havoc engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Perssi XIII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 18 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
