Battle elements belonging to Pirates engaged in combat with the forces of Lightforger on 08/02/2015 at 15:53. The conflicts were reported to take place sporadically throughout the Mendca system.

Citizens of the colonies in Mendca are bracing for the possibility of an extended conflict. So far, both sides are reporting minor losses of 242. The death toll is expected to only increase as this conflict develops.
