Decline in Combat on Episer XII

Hostilites on Episer XII have come to a decline as of 07/29/2015 at 21:38. The conflict has already claimed at least 6 lives and seen the loss of 6 units and facilities.

Battle began 07/29/2015 at 21:41 when battle elements of Deveroes engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Episer XII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 3 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
