Decline in Combat on Episer VIII

Hostilites on Episer VIII have come to a decline as of 07/28/2015 at 10:53. The conflict has already claimed at least 53 lives and seen the loss of 45 units and facilities.

Battle began 07/28/2015 at 10:45 when battle elements of Deveroes, Gideon and Amerlain engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Episer VIII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 42 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
