Hostilites on Optcap IV have come to a decline as of 07/27/2015 at 04:54. The conflict has already claimed at least 9,690 lives and seen the loss of 300 units and facilities.

Battle began 07/27/2015 at 04:44 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Lightforger. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
