Decline in Combat on Episer XI

Hostilites on Episer XI have come to a decline as of 07/26/2015 at 02:44. The conflict has already claimed at least 45 lives and seen the loss of 45 units and facilities.

Battle began 07/26/2015 at 02:43 when battle elements of Amerlain and Deveroes engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Episer XI are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 43 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
