Hostilites on Vitlhe V have come to a decline as of 07/24/2015 at 00:42. The conflict has already claimed at least 3 lives and seen the loss of 3 units and facilities.

Battle began 07/24/2015 at 00:43 when battle elements of Luka engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
