Decline in Combat on Vitlhe II

Hostilites on Vitlhe II have come to a decline as of 07/22/2015 at 23:40. The conflict has already claimed at least 1,820 lives and seen the loss of 20 units and facilities.

Battle began 07/22/2015 at 23:43 when battle elements of Luka engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
