Decline in Combat on Dominion VII

Hostilites on Dominion VII have come to a decline as of 07/19/2015 at 00:54. The conflict has already claimed at least 18,420 lives and seen the loss of 425 units and facilities.

Battle began 07/19/2015 at 00:43 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Sniv. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
