Decline in Combat on Cogthu VIII

Hostilites on Cogthu VIII have come to a decline as of 07/17/2015 at 18:40. The conflict has already claimed at least 4 lives and seen the loss of 4 units and facilities.

Battle began 07/17/2015 at 18:43 when battle elements of Deveroes engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Cogthu VIII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 4 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
