Decline in Combat on Quicma XI

Hostilites on Quicma XI have come to a decline as of 07/07/2015 at 15:45. The conflict has already claimed at least 251 lives and seen the loss of 11 units and facilities.

Battle began 07/07/2015 at 15:47 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Sniv. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Quicma XI are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 0 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
