Decline in Combat on Episer XIII

Hostilites on Episer XIII have come to a decline as of 07/05/2015 at 18:59. The conflict has already claimed at least 33 lives and seen the loss of 25 units and facilities.

Battle began 07/05/2015 at 18:48 when battle elements of Gideon and Deveroes engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Episer XIII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 24 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
